About

Normal EKG is a reference tool that shows what a “Normal EKG” should look like.

You can use this as a standard to which other EKG’s are measured so that abnormalities can be detected.

Included are:

Standard Leads: I, II, III

Augmented Leads: aVR, aVL, aVF

Precordial Leads: V1-V6

Rhythm Strip: II, V1, V5

 

How to Install:

Use the Palm Desktop install the following files:

EKG_Viewer.prc

Standard.pdb

Augmented.pdb

Precordial123.pdb

Precordial456.pdb

Rhythm Strip Lead II.pdb

Rhythm Strip Lead V1.pdb

Rhythm Strip Lead V5.pdb

 

How to Use:

Click on EKG View to begin.

Select the leads you would like to see, and use the pen to scroll around the screen.

You can use the UP/Down Palm Buttons to rapidly scroll through the different leads.

You can add your notes to the notepad in each image.

You can beam your notes and images to your colleagues.

 

Troubleshooting:

This program is based on Fire Viewer engine Version 3.7.1

If you have the most current version of Fire Viewer then you should not have to install EKG_Viewer.prc since the databases are directly compatible.
